Return & Refund Policy

We assure you of the best quality for our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product unused, unstitched, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, within 15 days from the delivery date. Please note that you must inform us within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. We will issue an 80% refund of the product's cost (20% will be charged as order processing and other miscellaneous charges).

Please note that we do not accept returns for stitched products under any circumstances.

You must notify us via email or phone call before returning any product. Please use the “Contact Us” page on our website to inform us prior to returning the item.

Returns made without prior notice will NOT be eligible for a refund.

We do not refund any customs duties or taxes, if applicable, that were paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.

At no point will the refund exceed 80% of the total purchase value.

We will not be responsible for reimbursing the shipping costs you incur to return the parcel.

Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or standard stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with a custom blouse.

Refunds will take approximately 4 to 5 working days to reflect in the customer's account after the products are received at our store.

Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or any other issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the products. We may request digital pictures of the item to review the issue.

We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel the order after 24 hours, a 20% bank payment processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount. We do not offer cancellations once the order is in processing or if the products have been received. No refunds will be provided in such cases. The cancellation amount will be credited as HopeStyling Store Credit or Coupons.

In case of a product return, we will issue a refund according to the above policy once we have received the product back at our store address.

We firmly believe that all customers who order online understand that the colors displayed on the monitor may vary by 10% to 20% compared to the actual color of the outfit or item ordered.

We do not offer refunds or returns for BOLLYWOOD REPLICA products. The images of Bollywood products are for reference purposes only, and the actual products may vary in color, fabric, and design. While we strive to provide similar products, there may be differences of up to 15% to 20%.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel descriptions on our website include approximate details and product specifications that closely reflect the actual items. While we strive for accuracy in showcasing colors, there may still be slight variations due to lighting during photography and different color settings on monitors. Other details such as weight, work, and size may also vary slightly. Therefore, customers should be aware of these minor variations when placing an order online. Embellishment related Issues 

Apparel with embellishments like beads and sequins may occasionally experience some pieces coming loose. Despite careful handling, packaging, and precautions, this cannot be entirely avoided. During transit, some embellishments may come loose. If you notice this when unpacking or wearing your attire, please don't worry, as it is a common and natural occurrence.
